Sunscreen
Sunscreen is the single highest-return step in any routine, and the one most commonly skipped in Pakistan. UV exposure here is high year-round — it is what causes tanning, drives pigmentation, and undoes the work of every brightening product you own.
Sunscreen for oily skin
A lightweight, non-greasy formula protects without adding shine or clogging pores. If sunscreen has felt heavy to you before, the formula was wrong, not the step.
Sunscreen for dry skin
A hydrating SPF protects and adds moisture in one step, so skin does not feel tight or look flaky through the day.
Why SPF 50
SPF 50 broad-spectrum blocks both UVB, which burns, and UVA, which drives ageing and pigmentation. In Pakistan’s UV conditions, SPF 30 leaves too little margin for the amount most people actually apply.
How to apply it properly
Use roughly two finger-lengths for the face and neck. Apply 15 minutes before going out, and reapply every 2 to 3 hours in direct sun. Under-applying is the most common reason sunscreen appears not to work.
